Lessons now available with Connie Gosling. 40 years of horse involvement gives me a deep well to draw from. I opened my first training/boarding barn in 1981 and had my first Res. National Champion the following year. I have shown to numerous big wins over the years on my Morgans and continue my love affair with them inside and outside of the ring. I have trained for other barns over the years and appreciate watching my Amateur owners riding and winning with their horses in the ring. I truly enjoy helping others along their path with horses. From the first time putting their foot in the stirrup to riding into the winners circle or riding down the trails. Teaching safety first, I thrive on the one on one time with my students. It's the journey of a lifetime that effects all parts of our lives. Riding gives the young and not as young, the opportunity to challenge themselves physically and mentally. With my experience in training, teaching and showing I have developed many avenues to reach my students. No two people are alike in their learning style and my many years experience have given me the ability to tailor a program for you. I teach Hunt Seat, Saddleseat and Western. I also teach ground work as I feel it's a very important part of working with horses. If they don't listen to you on the ground, why would they listen to you once on their back? I lead the 4-H club, Horses In Paradise. I also can help you with fitting and showmanship, halter and many other horse activities. I look forward to our journey. |
