About the Event
Bleem Chiropractic will be visiting on Saturday, January 16th.
EQUINE:
$110 per horse ($100 exam fee + $10 barn fee) for the first visit and $90 per horse ($80 exam fee + $10 barn fee) for subsequent visits. If this is your first visit with Dr. Bleem, please click here to visit the Bleem Family Chiropractic website to print and complete the 'Animal Chiropractic Forms'. Please bring these completed forms to your appointment along with payment.
PEMF/MASSAGE BLANKET:
The PEMF/Massage blanket is available for use before and after your horse's adjustment. Cost is $10, payable to Jessica Fussner.
SMALL ANIMAL (DOGS):
$70 ($60 exam fee + $10 barn fee) for the first visit and $50 ($40 exam fee + $10 barn fee) for subsequent visits. If this is your first visit, please click here to visit the Bleem Family Chiropractic website to print and complete the 'Animal Chiropractic Forms'. Please bring these completed forms to your appointment along with payment.
*If you are having a horse and a small animal/dog seen, the $10 barn fee for the small animal/dog will be waived.
HUMAN CHIROPRACTIC:
Bleem Chiropractic forgoes insurance and utilize a cash prompt pay discount. Flat 15% off discount. Exam usually runs $59.50 and the adjustment is $46.75 for the first visit. Subsequent visits would only be the adjustment price of $46.75 (exam is not performed each time). Please bring these completed forms to your appointment along with payment.
*If you are having a horse or small animal/dog also seen, the $10 barn fee for the human service will be waived.
